Hi, I'm Jess (she/her)
I’m a BABCP-accredited psychotherapist with 9 years’ therapeutic experience supporting individuals and couples in NHS and private settings. I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Couples Therapy.
My approach is grounded but gentle: rooted in evidence-based practice, yet deeply compassionate and human. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, respected, and truly heard, so we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you while exploring what’s holding you back and what you want to move toward.
I specialise in supporting people who are queer or part of the LGBTQ+ community, offering a therapeutic space that is genuinely affirming, safe, and free from judgment. As a queer therapist, I understand the nuances, joys, and challenges that can come with exploring identity, navigating relationships, and finding belonging. I have considerable experience in working with the queer community, from one-to-one therapy, facilitating group workshops and volunteering for Switchboard, an LGBTQ+ telephone support charity.
