For the past 9 years, I've had the privilege of working with many individuals and couples from various communities experiencing a range of difficulties. I specialise in working with individuals struggling with low self-worth, perfectionism, self-criticism, anxiety, and OCD.
My style is gentle, down-to-earth, and human. I want you to feel safe, understood, and supported, and we’ll always move at a pace that feels right for you.
I also specialise in supporting LGBTQ+ clients. As a queer therapist, I offer a warm, affirming space to explore whatever you’re facing.
